A $1 shipping fee is collected at checkout to initiate your order. The remaining shipping cost will be invoiced separately based on your location and the size of the artwork. Shipping costs depend on the size, weight, and destination of the piece.

Steen Studio is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss once a shipment has been transferred to the carrier, though we take every precaution to ensure your piece arrives safely.

Local pick-up and delivery options are available for clients in the Brandon and Sioux Falls area upon request.

4. Final Sale Policy

All artwork sold by Steen Studio is considered final sale. Due to the nature of original paintings, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase is completed.

We encourage clients to carefully review all details before completing their order, including size, color, and medium. For questions or additional photos of a piece, please contact us prior to purchase.

5. Interior Design Services

Interior design services are provided under separate agreements tailored to each client’s project. Scope of work, fees, timelines, and deliverables will be outlined and agreed upon before work begins.
